The ABC’s of Ethics: Advertising,
Billing, and Conflicts

Lawyers face certain challenges on a daily basis. Included among them are how to obtain business, how to get paid once you have the business; and how to discern whether to take or stay in a case when a conflict arises.  Applying the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, precedent and bar association opinions, the presenters will discuss the applicable
practical and ethical concerns that come into play
