MED-ARB: Getting Past the Impasse

Recognizing that not all mediations progress to full resolution, this program will explore (1) the opportunities that arbitration can provide to resolve the open issues, and (2) how the integration of mediation and arbitration can be structured. The program will also consider how the med-arb model can be incorporated in matrimonial and family matters.
