Immigration Law for the General Practitioner

As globalization continues to change the practice of law, WWBA attorneys increasingly find that the immigration status of individuals creates challenges for their practice.  To equip practitioners to meet these challenges, this CLE will provide general practitioners with a basic overview of the U.S. immigration system and with specific practice pointers in the areas of matrimonial, labor and employment, criminal and tax law.*
