Jean Marie Brescia is the Senior Litigating Attorney at Mayerson & Associates. Ms. Brescia authored the Plaintiffs-Appellees’ Second Circuit brief in T.K. v. NYC Dep’t of Educ. (2d Cir. 2016). Since 1995, Ms. Brescia has been an active New York State Impartial Hearing Officer for Special Education Matters. She has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, teaching Special Education Law and Practice.
