One (1) CLE credit – Diversity and Inclusion*

In an atmosphere where courts are taking a closer look at racial discrimination in jury selection, several decisions have addressed the issue of what constitutes a racial category in relation to a Batson challenge.  This program will review the components of a Batson inquiry and update attendees on these recent decisions.
