The Westchester Women’s Bar Association Litigation and Mediation Committees, Federal Bar Council Westchester Committee,
and the SDNY Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

are pleased to present a Town Hall Program entitled:

Mediation and Settlement Procedures in the
Southern District of New York While Social Distancing

This program will provide information to practitioners about accessing and using the SDNY Mediation Program, the availability and use of Settlement Conferences before United States Magistrate Judges, and the use of various electronic platforms.
