This panel program will provide an overview of the rights of immigrant students in the public schools and their challenges and needs in obtaining a public school education.

The Westchester Woman’s Bar Association is a chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. Full and partial scholarships for this program, based on financial needs, are available. Full scholarship for the $10 CLE certificate charge (maximum of 10 attendees) for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal service for victims of domestic violence.
