To celebrate the WWBA’s 45th Anniversary and Pro Bono month, this program will provide an overview of housing law and the Pro Bono Housing Project including the application of the law and their work during the COVID Pandemic. In addition, the program will also provide a discussion as to an overview of the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct concerning pro bono services.

**This program is approved by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the NYS Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 1.0 credit hours in Skills and .5 credit hours in Ethics and Professionalism acceptable for transitional credit for established and newly admitted attorneys.  WWBA is a chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, which is an accredited provider of CLE credits. Full and partial scholarships for this program based on financial need are available. Full scholarship for the $10 CLE certificate charge (maximum of 10 attendees) for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal service for victims of domestic violence.   For information on the guidelines and procedures for applying, please contact WWBA President Judge Smith at lisamsmith@rocketmail.com  or (914) 505-6045.
