Write it Right:  How to Avoid These Top Ten Mistakes When Drafting a Divorce Agreement Regarding Retirement Assets

This program will educate matrimonial attorneys on the complexities of distributing retirement assets as part of equitable distribution in the divorce process. 

*CLE:  Pending approval by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board 2 credit hour in skills as specified, acceptable for transitional credit for established and newly admitted attorneys.  The Westchester Woman’s Bar Association is a chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.  Full and partial scholarships for this program, based on financial needs, are available.
