This program will provide the latest cases and a discussion of the status
of allocation of responsibility to pay for college expenses.

*CLE: Pending approval by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board 1 credit hour in skills as specified, acceptable for transitional credit for established and newly admitted attorneys. The Westchester Woman’s Bar Association is a chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. Full and partial scholarships for this program, based on financial needs, are available. Full scholarship for the $10 CLE certificate charge (maximum of 10 attendees) for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal service for victims of domestic violence.
