The WWBA Wellness Committee proudly presents the
following programs for the entire month of February:


28 Day Step Challenge
CHALLENGE:  This challenge is fun and simple.  Use your smart phone or watch to track your daily steps for the month of February.  Send us your totals and the top steppers win a prize! 

HOW IT WORKS: 

STEP 1: Let us know you are participating by sending an email to WWBA President Lisa Margaret Smith at: lisamsmith@rocketmail.com.

STEP 2: Track your steps on your device of choice.

STEP 3: Submit your step total for the month to Judge Smith (email above).     


   
FREE Zoom Cardio Kickboxing Class

Superhuman: Combat Cardio with Maurice Johnson 
(ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor)

DESCRIPTION: 

Cardio doesn’t have to be boring; it can be empowering!  This class uses basic boxing and martial arts movements to elevate your heart rate, giving you a great cardiovascular workout and overall sense of accomplishment.  Open to all levels.  Arrive early to discuss injuries/limitations with the instructor.
