Mediation can be both an effective and a challenging process. Whether private or court-annexed, mediation requires significant preparation for counsel and for clients. On March 30th, a panel of expert mediators will discuss how best to prepare for your next mediation. Learn about the importance of pre-mediation submissions; how to work with the mediator to structure the day (joint session or caucus?); and, how best to address the exchange of information, offers and counteroffers. Learn how to make mediation productive for you and for your clients.
