CPLR Update CLE 
This CLE will cover recent constitutional and statutory amendments relating to the CPLR. It will cover numerous areas of law including statutes of limitations and tolls, the revival of sex abuse claims, issues relating to municipalities, e-documents and e-signing. Other subjects to be covered include defaults, premises liability, surveillance videos and the Foreclosure Abuse Prevention Act.
