ETHICS UPDATE 2024: DISHONORED CHECKS, BILLING AND A.I. –
OH MY! STAYING OUT OF TROUBLE – OLD AND NEW ISSUES
Using three hypothetical scenarios this panel will discuss the Rules of Professional Conduct: Precedent and the best practices in dealing with escrow accounts, billing
and Artificial Intelligence.

*CLE: Pending approval by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board 2 credit hours in Ethics and Professionalism as specified, acceptable for transitional credit for established and newly admitted attorneys. The Westchester Woman’s Bar Association is a chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. Full and partial scholarships for this program, based on financial needs, are available. Full scholarship for the $10 CLE certificate charge (maximum of 10 attendees) for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal service for victims of domestic violence.
