The Pace Women’s Justice Center, The Westchester Women’s Bar Association, and My Sisters’ Place are pleased to host a CLE Program:
Advanced Litigation Issues when Representing Domestic Violence Survivors in Family Court Family Offense Cases
This program will focus on advanced litigation strategies to address revenge porn, technology abuse, and other types of family offenses.  The program will also address the new “Revenge Porn” law that recently passed in New York State.  This law criminalizes the non-consensual sharing of explicit photos and videos, which has become an increasingly popular weapon on social media.

*CLE: Pending approval by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 2 credit hours in professional practice as specified, acceptable for transitional credit for established and newly admitted attorneys.  The Westchester Women's Bar Association is a chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York. Full and partial scholarships for this program, based on financial need, are available. Full scholarships for the $10 CLE certificate charge (maximum of 10 attendees) for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal service for victims of domestic violence.
