1 CLE Credit in Professional Practice/Skills*

This program will present information about the recently enacted employment laws related to Covid-19 and government resources available to employers and employees in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, including expanded paid sick/family leave provisions, government grants and low interest loans for small businesses, and enhanced unemployment benefits.

*Pending approval by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 1 credit hour in Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias, acceptable for transitional credit for established and newly admitted attorneys. The Westchester Women's Bar Association is a chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York. Full and partial scholarships for this program, based on financial need, are available. Full scholarship for the $10 CLE certificate charge (maximum of 10 attendees) for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal service for victims of domestic violence.
