Business Valuation Basics and IRS Proposed Changes to IRC 2704

Our speakers will highlight important aspects of how discounts are determined within business valuation and cover the proposed Section 2704 regulations that seek to disallow lack of marketability discounts and minority discounts for family owned entities.
