Are you interested in learning to spin but too afraid or intimidated to just jump right in and try?  Well, here’s your chance!  Lisa Denig, a Certified Spin Instructor, will take you through a half-hour of instruction, including how to correctly set up your bike, proper body position, how to use resistance, and the five energy/training zones.  This will be followed by a half-hour ride where you can apply what you have learned.  

For liability purposes, participants will be required to show ID and fill out a “guest card” upon arrival at New York Sports Club.  Therefore, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time.  Workout apparel and sneakers are required.

*New York Sports Club (NYSC) will offer a special membership incentive for any non-members who join NYSC that day*
