Learn to Spin: A Fundraiser for the
American Heart Association

Are you interested in learning to spin but too afraid or intimidated to just jump right in and try?  Well, here’s your chance!  Lisa Denig, a Certified Spin Instructor, will take you through a half-hour of instruction, including how to correctly set up your bike, proper body position, how to use resistance, and the five energy/training zones.  This will be followed by a half-hour ride where you can apply what you have learned.

Date: Saturday, February 10, 2018
Time:  1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Place:   New York Sports Club, Scarsdale Location
696 White Plains Road, Scarsdale, New York
(In the Vernon Hills Shopping Center, park and enter around the back)
Charge:  $20 donation to the American Heart Association
(This must be paid through the online registration; your tax-deductible donation will be made to the WWBA Foundation, a non-profit, who will then distribute the funds to the AHA)
RSVP:  By February 8, 2018 online at www.wwbany.org  Questions?  Email Elisabeth Campos at executivedirector@wwbany.org
