Time management continues to be a problem that many attorneys fail to solve, which has the profession feeling overwhelmed and constantly behind on work and life. While it doesn't seem to be a problem in the short term, it has an impact on our productivity, confidence and well-being if not addressed. In short, time management is stress management. In this workshop with Lauren Baptiste, CEO of Acheloa Wellness, discover the art of effective time management and learn to reclaim control over your schedule and put an end to your burnout. Together we’ll explore the pitfalls of overcommitting and the cost it has professionally and personally. As a result of joining, lawyers learn an essential technique to prioritize tasks and make the most of their valuable time.
