Optimizing Settlement Opportunities in Supreme Court, Surrogate's Court and Federal Court
The Court asked us to mediate – now what?  On September 24th, a distinguished panel of Westchester Judges will explore important topics including preparing for mediation and settlement conferences, selecting the right neutral, and strategies for effective preparation and success at mediation or settlement conferences. After the panel discussion, attendees are invited to enjoy light refreshments and network with fellow litigators, mediators, and arbitrators from the 9th Judicial District.
