Justice for Immigrant Children: Overview of Seeking SIJS Findings in Family Court

Learn how abused, abandoned and/or neglected children can legally remain in the US through the Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).  The program will provide an introduction to the multiple participants to these proceedings, the history of this special immigration status, and the cultural background and ethical considerations experienced in these cases.
